The All America Chapter of the National MS Society purchases prizes each year to reward our top fundraisers for their efforts.  The “Mission First Club” provides an opportunity for fundraising participants to direct funds that would be spent on prizes back to our important mission of bettering the lives of those living with MS. By generously donating your bike MS prize back to the Chapter your gift will help us continue to deliver quality programs and services to more than 190,000 individuals we serve throughout the All America Chapter.  Thank you for Joining the Movement.

Prize selection forms along with your opportunity to join the Mission First Club will be mailed to you after the event.   Upon receipt of your prize selection form, we will mail you a coupon with instructions for ordering your prize.

$750	Tour Jersey and shorts OR Bike Tool Kit	OR	Provides a Wheelchair Ramp making a home entrance accessible, so an individual may be active in the community.
$1000	Leader Jersey and cycling Shorts(see photo above) OR Trip Computer for bike		Help one student with a diagnosis of MS, a parent with MS or a spouse with MS receive a scholarship for college.
$2000	Leader Jersey, Cycling Shorts (see photo above), and Arm Warmers OR  Port Authority Nootka Jacket		Provides 10 Week Yoga or Aqua class for 10 people with MS.
$3000	Leader Jersey, Cycling Shorts, Arm Warmers, Cycling Gloves OR MP4 Player		Assist 6 families with home or auto modifications to allow people with MS to remain independent and mobile.
$4000	Leader Jersey, Cycling Shorts, Hydrapak OR Hand Held GPS		Provides for a day long Professional Education Conference with Continuing Educational Credits for Professionals - including Nurses, PTs, OTs, Social Workers, Counselors, and Psychologists.
$5000	Leader Jersey, Cycling Shorts, Cycling Jacket OR $300 Gift Certificate OR Digital Camera PLUS Member of the Passport Program - You may ride in any National Passport Ride at your own expense and not ha ve to raise the pledge minimum for that ride.		Provides 2 Day Educational Conference on "Living with MS" for people with MS and their families or caregivers.
$7500	Leader Jersey and AAC Passport Trip Arkansas Reno Nevada Idaho Mississippi Montana Las Vegas, NV Amarillo, TX Midland, TX New Mexico Wichita, KS Vermont West Virginia Wyoming Alaska Hawaii OR $500 Gift Certificate	All America Passport Program - You may choose to ride in any of the 15 rides offered in our chapter and we will pay airfare, accomodations and food, not to exceed $1000.	Buys 15 Air conditioners for people with MS facing the devastating heat of summer.
$10,000	Leader Jersey and Tour of Champions trip to Chicago , IL, November 4 - 6 OR $650 Gift Certificate		Cover the cost for "Relationship Matters", couples weekend for thirty individuals with MS and their spouse/partner learning ways to deal with MS.
$25,000	Trip for 2 to an All America Passport ride, or Tour of Champions	See information above.	Maintains Chapter-wide self-help groups, and peer support for one year.
	Veteran's Jersey	If you have riden in any MS ride for at least 3 years, you may purchase a Veteran's Jersey at the cost of $40, and they may be pre-ordered.  Please contact the local office.
